Born and raised in Raleigh, NC in the Wildwood Green neighborhood, Zach attended Leesville Road High School from 2009-2013. After high school Zach attended Winthrop University graduating in 2017 with a Sports Management Degree. While attending Winthrop University, Zach was an All-American in 2015, winning 5 times throughout his career and earning Big South Player of the Year and a spot on the Big South Conference All Decade Team (2010-2020). After college, Zach turned professional and played out of Wildwood Green Golf Club while traveling the pro circuits. He managed to win 11 times across many different mini tours from 2017-2021. After his playing career, he began teaching/working at Wildwood Green and has been an Assistant Professional since February of 2022, learning golf from a new perspective, the business/teaching side of things each and every day. Zach will continue to grow his knowledge of the golf swing as well as the business aspect of golf over the coming years, in hopes of becoming a Class-A PGA Member.
